Zbrush plugins help

can someone post a link or explain the correct way to install Zbrush plugins for a newbie

I hope I don`t forget an important step

1. Download the Plugin you want.
2. Unzip the file to the Pixologic -> Zbrush3 -> Zstartup -> ZPlugs folder.
3. Restart ZBrush.

That`s it.
