Zbrush Novice: How to paint realistic textures...

I have not really begun my zbrush studies but I want to clear up a workflow just in my mind to begin with.

I want to model out old rough/distressed/worn out etc objects for an animation. Lets say I want to model this:

Old Door

Now if I have gone and taken detailed photographs of the textures and adjusted them in Photoshop, whats the best workflow for applying photo textures to a model in Zbrush?

Can you simply paint it on with the projection master tool (I have quickly read about that one)

Anybody have any advice - it would be most helpful - thanks

Probably the best way to do this would be ZApplink. Although you could do it as well in Projection Master.

But ZApplink gives you better control.

Hope that helps.

Thanks I will check it out!
