Ok, so I’m having the most irritating issue, and I can’t seem to find anything on it anywhere.
Essentially, I save out my model the way I always do. I go to open it up later, and it opens fine, no error message. Except, there’s nothing. No subtools, no active points, edit mode is grayed out, and it still says “model loaded successfully” up top. I know I’m not saving it wrong, and there cannot be too many polys. There’s at most a million, and I have files near 12 million that open just fine. This happened with the same model last night, so I used a quicksave file and continued on that. Then saved a new version, and still am having the issue.
Anyone have any idea? I hate to keep having to redo the last hour of work through quicksaves, there must be something happening here…
Edit Turns out, I can still redraw the tools from the loaded file, but that’s still a pain in the ass, not being able to pick up where I left off.
