Have a problem with zbrush that is drving me crazy :evil

When i was creating objs in maya for a model for some reason no matter what i did one part of the model would always be inside out when imported into Zbrush …
To solve the problem i went into TOOL > DISPLAY PROPERTIES and hit DOUBLE …
but now when i create normal maps from the highpoly it remains invisible in the normal map -
hope sopmeone can help …
