ZBrush -> Maya: Displacement and Normal Map Strangeness

Hello,

im just starting with ZBrush and trying to model a wagon wheel. I did a simple mesh in Maya and then transferred the mesh to ZBrush via GoZBrush.
After sculpting i used Multi Map Exporter to get the stuff back to Maya. It basically worked pretty good considering i didnt have to change many settings, but i have two major problems:

What’s concerning me most is the strange stuff thats happening on the wooden ring, but also the spokes are to short now in Maya.

Any idea on why this happens?

Sorry, i did post the pictures on an external hoster. I am used to this from other forums.
