ZBrush keeps crashing when exporting movie

The timeline movie is 1920 x 1080. I’m exporting it as a Quicktime movie, Doc size=large. This particular movie is 8 seconds.

I have a new desktop with 16GB RAM which should be able to handle this.

When I export the movie it plays the movie and then crashes.

I upped the compact memory in the preferences to 4096. Are there other settings under memory or performance that I should change?

The main figure has 13 million polygons. There are 5 additional subtools.

Here is additional info from when it crashes:

I got a render without crashing.

I had 2 layers(the layers menu at the TOP, not part of the tool menu)

1 layer was a background photo, the second was a tool. Zbrush kept crashing.

I changed the background photo layer to a solid fill color and left the tool layer as it was. ZBrush didn’t crash.

Apparently, the photo background layer was too much. I’ll key out the solid fill color in an editing program.
