Zbrush into udk

OK, I finished my 3d model with zspheres on zbrush and it has 29,353 polygons I thought that perfectly fine but Maya keeps on crashing when I combine every thing. Does anyone know how to reduce the amount of polygons and keep all the detail? (I am new to zbrush)

try decimation master plugin

30k polys should be easily workable in maya, something is either wrong with that model or your system.
as a test try making a model in maya, simple sphere or something with around the same poly count.

I doubt that it is my system because I have 6GB of ram and an Intel i7 with 8 cores and a decent graphics card (replacing it soon) I am going to try using decimation master

Thank you I was able to take it down to 6,000 polygons with decimation master! 29k was not correct it was about 200k :lol:

great! anyway…200k polys is not a great amount of faces for crash
your application. There should be another issue here, but if you’re
ok with a 6k model go ahead!
