zbrush import blender

Hi all,

I am doing a toon head.
I have down the most under zbrush.
And the eyes under blender that I export at .obj format (see below)

The problem is that when I import my tool (with eyes done under blender) at .obj format under ZBrush (tool-> import), here is the result :

There is like a sphere wich come to graft it, and the eyes don’t appear (except right, but it isn’t net).

So my imported tool is blind in one eye with a sphere.

Thank you,

At last

i’m not too sure what exactly what you are doing. but it looks like the whole sphere you made the eyes from is being exported as part of the obj, not just the eyes.
after you make the eyes, are you sure you are deleting the rest of the sphere before saving the obj?

import the eyes into a different program, see if the eyes look correct in that.

Just out of curiosity, why did you choose Blender to create the eyes instead of Zbrush? Zbrush is pretty good at making eyes. Blender is great for a free animation engine, Fluid effects and so on. I’m not putting down using Blender for modeling. I used it often before I could afford Zbrush. I have only thought to go back to it for use of the physics engine or animation. I am still a poor hobby artist.
