here in the zbrush help…
it’s talking about a “best” button!
where can i find this button or witch butten they mean?

The best button refers to the “best” render button in the render menu.
I have changed how zb looks so can’t remember if its on the top shelf but you can for sure find it by clicking on the Render menu it’s about a third of the way down…next to or above the preview render button.
I believe it is a typo in the Zbrush Help. It should read Adaptive instead of Best. Tool > Displacement > Adaptive is what you want to activate.
I think it is slightly more than a typo - the button was called ‘Best’ at an earlier stage of development as can be seen from the image on p 440 of the Practical Guide, and presumably changed to avoid confusion. :lol:
Anyhow, the Adaptive button is the one to press.
