anyone else think this would be cool and fun to have for the ipad? of course the program would be very minimal. But it’d be awesome to make base models with minor detail. I like drawing on the ipad thus far, it has symmetry and runs great. wondering if the same can be done with zbrush.
Yeah, I’ve just recently been getting into ZBrush and I would love to bring it around when I’m out in public, at the cafe or on the train.
ZBrush for the iPad would be fantastic, maybe in a more simplified mode like the recently announced Adobe CS 5.5 offerings. Use the iPad for quick, rough sketches and bring it back home to refine on the desktop.
Pack some supplies my friend, it’ll be a long time before the iPad is even worthy of rough sketching. I had a few apps for it. Yeah you sculpt little obj’s, and the multi touch navigation is tight. However, there’s simply not enough computing power for decent resolution, multiple objects, etc, and there won’t be until they’re done milking the market for quite some time. Unfortunate, but true 
The bright side is I think it will be a huge thing several years from now. Multitouch has a lot of potential for 3d navigation.
