zbrush for precise architecture ??

Hello,

Can Zbrush be used for precision real world architecture, with measurements (mm, cm, metres) ?

How accurately are parts sculpted to use with architecture or mechanical design in the real world, are any companies using it?

(i`m not talking about film companies like pixar, disney, for digital movie making, I mean real world design for building large scale buildings, homes and machining parts).

or is Zbrush mainly used for character design and face sculpting?

thanks for the guidance.

Zbrush is better for organic modelling. It can do some nice hard edge modeling but for precise architecture I would use a different software package. You’ll save a lot of time using something else.

thankyou

Have you seen this?

yes thanks anyway for the link, I watched it last night, but having looked at another site who`s mainstay is architecture and CAD I can see how the requirements are vastly different, still zbrush is excellent for quick inspirational construction and mockups, but very soon this data would need to be ported to the cad software for any sincere presentation to a panel or bid/tender for a project. zbrush rocks I will learn it.
