Hello there. My name is Anthony Beylotte and I have purchased Zbrush just now and it’s not opening but instead it shows Zbrush Executable has stopped working.
Any advice?
You could have a bad installation. My first recommendation would be to uninstall ZBrush and delete its folder. Then make sure your antivirus software is disabled (including Windows Defender) before downloading and installing ZBrush again.
If that doesn’t work, the next thing could be a problem with your Microsoft Visual C++ components. Please see this article for solutions.
