Zbrush Environment / Character work - Neverwinter Nights 2 trailer

Hi Guys,

A few months ago Act3animation was commissioned by Atari to create the NeverWinter nights 2 cg Trailer.

I was the background / envronment guy on this project and Zbrush was used extensively on the muddy rocky ground surface.

It really performed well under the duress of this production.

Great work. I think ZBrush is great for environments, but only a small percentage of the posts here are of terrains. Thanks for sharing. Nice “Chunking” effect.

I’ve been looking forward to NWN2 for some time now, and saw the trailer the day it launched. I was really impressed with it then, and am now delighted to find out that ZBrush played a role. :slight_smile:

I also used Zbrush for the face / arm and hand texturing main character as well.

Oh yeah modeling of the hand was pretty much zbrush as well :slight_smile:
