ZBrush crashes while installing Keyshot Bridge

Hi,guys

I just purchased ZBrush to Keyshot Bridge license and having problems while installing it.
Each time I hit BPR render>install my license, Zbrush crashes (with dialog box saying recover file …)

Anyone has the same issue while installing the license?
I can’t figure out why this happens.

Wow, I just figured it out.
I temporarily removed ZbrushData folder under c:/users/public/public document/.
Then install the .zlic license. It works fine.
