I’m currently running 4R7 and the only thing ive done to zbrush is add some files to the brushes folder. Now every time i try to use noisemaker to add an alpha all over my mesh and save my file, the file i create gets corrupted. I can open that saved file up and zbrush and work on it but whenever I try to save or zbrush autosaves, it crashes and exits out without saving the file. My tech guys at school said they uninstalled and reinstalled. Does anyone know why thats happening and yes it happens to any file i try to use. Can anyone help? its really annoying not being able to use noise.
After a week probably you have solved already your problem. But the solution is typically a clean Zbrush installation. Similar question was posted a few days before.
