We have version 4r2 on new imacs in our art lab and we have reported that on 5 computers the program crashes when applying the skin. Is there any suggestions as to what can cause this issue? I personnally do not use the program just try to support it.

Can you supply a more in depth description of the steps you are taking?
I would also submit a support ticket to Pixologic.
