Zbrush crash and lost the subdiv! But has the low poly obj and high ploy obj

i was making my cavity map today, and unfortunately zbrush crash due to ram uses.
i did not save the project, but i have both the lowest poly and highest poly .obj file.

is there anyway i can get the displacement map so i can integrate it to my 3D software??

any help would be appreciate, i am totally desperate now…

  1. Import the low poly version OBJ. This must have UVs assigned or assign them in ZBrush.

  2. Store a morph target. (Press Tool>Morph Target>Store MT).

  3. Divide the mesh so that the number of levels matches the high poly version.

  4. Import the high poly OBJ.

  5. Return to lowest subdivision level, press Tool>Morph Target>Switch and generate the displacement map.

thx i got a solution!
i assign a UV to the high res model and simply reconstruct the model
and im back to exactly what i had before(using zbrush 3.1)

thanks anyways!
