Best advice I can give you is to uninstall Zbrush…clean boot and reinstall zbrush…
There are other reasons you may be getting this fault…but for now I suggest the above.
Also, check to be sure that your video card and graphics tablet (if you have one) are running the most current drivers. You can normally download new drivers from the manufacturer website.

Well I re-downloaded and installed , it is still happening :(. I checked for updates on drivers, there is one. But when I go to download and install it for some reason it is asking me to insert a CD that I am clueless about. Guess I will have to ruff it out.
