Zbrush, blender and normal maps

Hi, I’ve tested Zbrush now for a couple of days/weeks and I really like it. But there’s one “problem” (not really a problem but I just don’t know what to do) that’s really bothering me. When making normal maps I see that you can choose settings so that it fits how e.g. Maya works with normal maps. Seems like all the different 3d applications interpret the colors differently.

So… My question is, do anyone know what settings, or how I can export it so that blender can work with the normal maps given by Zbrush?

PS: It seems more appropriate to post this on the blender forum, and I am posting this on that forum, but I’m also posting it here incase somebody knows the answer.
