Zbrush Beginner

I scanned a head in I-Pad using scanner, the model I got from its an stl and obj file. Now I want to edit using ZBrush, How to refine Eye and Mouth for that object. When I following the tutorials from you tube I didn’t get mirror option. How can I get mirror option and if any further ways please tell me. thanking You.

Tools->Geometry->Modify Topology->Mirror and Weld, should do the trick.

Unless you meant symmetry, in which case just press x on your keyboard.
