I’m trying to make some changes on Zbrush to a Blender model and then import those changes back into Blender as a shape key. Something happens when I export from Zbrush though, because when I import it into Blender and use it as a shape key it makes my mesh explode. If I import the original Blender model into Zbrush and export it without making any changes and use it as the original shape in Blender, then it does work, because both models come from Zbrush.
