zbrush alignment

hey, i was wondering if there was a way to quickly realign one point with its counterpart on the opposite side of a model. i ask because as you can see from a picture ive uploaded, these 2 points are eachothers counterparts in alignment, but they are not aligned. every other point around them however, is. i dont know when or how i caused this, but is there any way to set the one point to mirror the other side so it can be realigned, or am i going to have to continue and move both of those points 1 at a time instead?

Mask the good side of the model, then press Tool>Deformation>Smart ReSym.

Or you can mask just the points that are a problem, invert the mask, and use Smart ReSym.
