Title says it all. Used the proper install and upgrade method, and I am getting a connection error when I send models to keyshot…
a google search turns up nothing useful, only a reddit page where user is asking the same question, with no answers?
anyone have any idea what is going on here, or how to fix it?

Someone else posted about this recently, and I’m not sure if a solution has been found yet.
Yea… I’ve been looking around and can’t find anything. I get the same issue with PS export plugin “unable to establish a connection”. Kind of sucks because I need to use keyshot today for a client.
I had the same problem. If you contact Pixologic support, they can help you to patch the issue.
