I sent a request for a 45 day Trial Zbrash, sent me two links: License file and Program ZBrush. So, a link to the License File normal, easily downloaded, and link to the file “ZBrush_4R7_Trial_Installer_<wbr style=“color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);”>WIN.exe” corrupted.

Please give me a normal file “ZBrush_4R7_Trial_Installer_<wbr style=“color: rgb(34, 34, 34); font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12.8px; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);”>WIN.exe”.

ZBC members have no access to your account information or the Trial system. Please submit a Support ticket at https://support.pixologic.com

At a guess, I’d say that your file became corrupted during the download. Sometimes there’s an internet hiccup while downloading large files. Sometimes antivirus software can create issues. I’d recommend disabling your antivirus software and clicking the installer download again.
