ZBrush 4r4 p2 is this a bug?

This just started today. I load the ztool go to edit and then load the IM Brush then load a meterial (other than red wax default) I then start inserting the IM Brush onto the ztool but when I go to MOVE the ztool it makes acopy of itself first in the red wax then in the material I am using. This only happens with the move not happening with rotate or scale. Do you know why this is happening?

OK this is still happening but not as much. It appears that ZBrush is taking a snapshot then the working ztool in edit mode appears. So far it didn’t stop from saving the model.
So a temp work around is to save the ztool clear the layer then reload the ztool and start working again - it’s not a crash just an odd behavior.
EDIT: This is only happening when I am using IM Brushes.
