Hello,
I am having a problem getting the Sidebar ExpressKeys to work in ZBrush 4R3. The Pen works (Click/Right Click/Double Click). I looked in the Wacom forum, but they was nothing there.
Is anyone having this problem and have a solution?

First check in your Wacom control panel that everything is assigned correctly. If there are no problems there, make sure you have the latest drivers from the Wacom site and then install them again.
This may be part of an ongoing issue with ZBrush and Intuos tablets where you have to periodically re-install the drivers to keep it working.
