Is it possible to import my UI colors and custom layout from r2 to r3 or will I have to redo it all over again?

My UI’s and colors seemed to translate smoothly over to R3, but I suppose there’s always the chance that not everything would be so smooth for everyone depending on the extent that things were customized.
Yeah this is a clean install of r3.
I had reformatted my pc and kept my custom UI from my r2 installation.
You thinkl I could just switch out the stat up folders Keeping the original r3 as back up?
I’m at work right now and can’t check.
