Hey guys and gals, just wondering if anyone else is having this problem. I crash consistently when I save to file or ztool. I’ve done the same work now 3 times in a row, getting very frustrated. Only happens when I save. And how about the custom menus? Mine disappear/reset after crash/shut down, even tho I save the hotkeys.txt, and the config. Please help!!!
If you are on Osx Lion, I had the same issue. It kept happening until I shut down firefox. I eventually tied it down to divx on my particular machine that installed a plugin into firefox. Once divx was uninstalled I never saw a crash again.

It seems if I save often, like every 20 minutes or so, it doesnt crash. Left in running over night and saved it, no issues. Next time it happens, I’ll get IT up here to see if its something else thats running. Thanks for your feedback!
Seems to be when I come out of using the curvedline tube brush, is when it happens the most. And still only when I save the ztl or the file. Anyone know how to get product support? I work at a Sony studio with 10-12 seats of Zbrush, and it would be nice to get some help with this. Awaiting on my IT guys to check out the pc side of things…try creating a tube, hiding the other mesh, split hidden…save? I think this is whats happening.
