Zbrush 4 to Maya 2012 displacement issues

Hey everyone,
I’ve been encountering problems when I try to render displacement maps made in Zbrush in Maya(mental ray). I was hoping someone has a solution to this problem?

Here is what my tree looks like in ZBRUSH:

Here is the base mesh in Maya:

And this is what I get when I render:

I’ve tryed playing with Alpha gain/offset but it hasn’t been giving me the results I want and I’ve tried converting to SubD. Please help!
