The new plugins links are wrong in some cases. Even though I click to download the mac version I can see by the link that it is the windows version that I am about to download.

Also Problems activativate ZBrush for Mac.
With Web-Activation I got the error : License Key Already Active,
see screenshot

Still no joy with activation. Keep getting the “email address provided does not match with the serial key blah, blah” error message. I give up.

Submitted a support ticket. Maybe they’ll “Unleash” it for me sometime later.

seems to me the support system is broken ?!? i cant get into it to download the update

support.pixologic.com is emitting PHP errors, so that’s probably adding to the crush of problems this morning.

Thanks Pixo, just kicked my download off (Uk) and it was only fair that I order a backup CD. I mean let’s face it - FREE Upgrade, brilliant. I feel like I should be paying more. The process was a breeze. I for one think you’re cool. That’s why I’m proud to be a ZBrusher.

The email address provided does not match with the serial key provided at the time of purchase.

I can’t sit and read how beautiful this app is when I can’t register or contact or anything. Someone here has to provide me an information because I can’t even contact support now.

I like how the deformations are now interactive. Awesome

Ah… I forgot to say well done to Pixologic for also providing the full suite of Zplugins for both Mac and PC on time. It doesn’t get much better than that. A massive improvement over previous releases.

Luxology did a great job on that. Their support system is the place where you get all your purcased stuff bundled to your account. No waiting, just there…

Agree, I can’t say that I’m enjoying waiting or that I find waiting for a random amount of time any better than for a known amount of time.
Unknown unknown as someone would have said.
Looks great though, I’m literally drooling, which makes the wait worse.

So there is no way to download it. The email contains no working links, just your reference number and the error.

You can tell their servers are on overload with the update.

The servers are experiencing ridiculously high traffic right now.
Simply try again every so often. I recommend waiting about a half hour between attempts. That should give things time to settle a little. Everyone repeatedly refreshing at once doesn’t allow the servers to catch up.

Got the same issue but i got my code after clicking request new code 3-4 times. :slight_smile: The app is awsome!!

Goz is the only thing that is not working for me again. But i think i know whats wrong so i wil fix it instantly. Thank god for the programming lessons in school :smiley:
