But he is some sort of right. Also also don’t like the update policy of adobe… so it’s ok to wait some days. That’s ok for the features and the price
me too. ZB4 has awakened and starts moving slowly
“If you currently have ZBrush 3.12 or higher and do not receive your upgrade instructions by Monday, August 16, 2010 please first check your spam filter and junk email folder to make sure that the upgrade email wasn’t intercepted. If you still cannot locate the instructions, submit a Support ticket and choose the Upgrades department. Please include your cleverbridge reference and/or ZBrush 3.12/ZBrush 3.5 serial number. We will resend your upgrade link at that time.
Do not submit an upgrade inquiry prior to August 16! Any inquiries submitted before Cleverbridge has sent all upgrade emails will be closed without a response.”
Release The Kraken!!
Are we there yet???
Gah! Today’s the day! anxiously awaiting my email C’monnnnnn!!
I am not able to get on the Pixologic website so hopefully that means they are updating it now!
From reading the replies today I’m guessing many people have not fully read the OP in which it says:
*Upgrade instructions will be sent in batches over several days. In order to be completely fair to everyone, the order in which upgrades will be sent out has been randomized.
Not everyone will be able to upgrade today. Which is cool - I mean it is a free upgrade after all. Of course I’d love to get my e-mail today, but if I’m one of those who ends up getting it at the end of the week, I’ll be okay with that. If everyone got their upgrade today their download servers would explode and no one would get it.
At least give us the full tour!
i dont understand why they dont realese the full feature list.
Should make a torrent of the upgrade so it dont crash there system… just an idea.
It’s already evening in Europe, at least give us some movies and features list !
What full feature list, it ain’t done yet. LOL
Just kidding.
You don’t expect the team at Pixologic to be working all weekend to prepare the website do you? Or, have things all prepared a week in advance knowing that they promised TODAY as the release date?
Nooooo, they are all rolling in to work right about now and are slowly preparing posts, recording demo videos, getting a coffee, having a chat and attempting to stay motivated just like the rest of us on a Monday morning.
Should be a long day of waiting.
it would of made alot more sense to of released feature list and videos when siggraph was on
just to remind everyone that it’s currently 10:00 AM in LA and they may not be at work till midday so give it a while longer because it’s going to be worth the wait

ZBrush 4 is a free upgrade for all PC and Mac users. Anyone who has ever purchased a license for ZBrush will be able to receive version 4 for free. The instructions below explain what to do in order to receive your upgrade. Please be sure to follow the instructions that apply to your situation:
* If you currently have ZBrush 3.12 or higher: Just watch your email! Upgrade instructions will be sent to the email address on record for your account. Those instructions will be sent in batches, beginning sometime on August 9, 2010. The customer order for these batches has been randomized, so everyone has an equal shot at being in the first batch. Of course, you could also be in the last batch, so please do not panic if you do not receive your instructions until later in the week. It may take until the weekend to get all batches sent out. We will update these instructions once that has happened.
o If you currently have ZBrush 3.12 or higher and do not receive your upgrade instructions by Monday, August 16, 2010 please first check your spam filter and junk email folder to make sure that the upgrade email wasn't intercepted. If you still cannot locate the instructions, submit a Support ticket and choose the Upgrades department. Please include your cleverbridge reference and/or ZBrush 3.12/ZBrush 3.5 serial number. We will resend your upgrade link at that time.
o Do not submit an upgrade inquiry prior to August 16! Any inquiries submitted before Cleverbridge has sent all upgrade emails will be closed without a response.
* If you never upgraded to 3.12 for Mac or 3.5 for PC: you will not be included in the list of automatic upgrades. Please submit a Support ticket and choose the Upgrades department. In your ticket, include any information that can help us locate your old account, such as: Name used for the purchase, Email address on record for the account, physical address you were living at when you purchased, where you purchased through (the Pixologic store or the name of the reseller that you used), approximate date of purchase, last version number that you have, etc.
o If we can locate your account from the information provided, we will reply with your upgrade instructions.
o If we cannot locate your account, we will reply asking for more information.
o Because Cleverbridge will not be sending an upgrade email to you automatically, you may submit your request immediately. There is no need to wait until all upgrade emails have been sent.
After submitting your ticket, please do not submit new tickets or reply to your original ticket in order to follow up. All tickets are processed in the order in which they are received, which means we won’t even see the inquiry until after we’ve already processed the original ticket. What’s more, replying to your ticket to check on its status moves it back to the end of the list which will only delay our response to you.
We at Pixologic understand and appreciate the great enthusiasm that exists for ZBrush and especially for ZBrush 4. We will make every effort to upgrade all customers as quickly as possible. Please be patient while we work through everyone. You’ll be using ZBrush 4 very soon!
Thanks!
a 20 KT nuke should be enough. I know you want a 2MT warhead…but…that’s too much.
