As long as you created a support account and entered your Cleverbridge number and serial you should be okay.

If you currently have ZBrush 3.12 or higher: Just watch your email! Upgrade instructions will be sent to the email address on record for your account. Those instructions will be sent in batches, beginning sometime on August 9, 2010. The customer order for these batches has been randomized, so everyone has an equal shot at being in the first batch. Of course, you could also be in the last batch, so please do not panic if you do not receive your instructions until later in the week. It may take until the weekend to get all batches sent out. We will update these instructions once that has happened. If you currently have ZBrush 3.12 or higher and do not receive your upgrade instructions by Monday, August 16, 2010 please first check your spam filter and junk email folder to make sure that the upgrade email wasn’t intercepted. If you still cannot locate the instructions, submit a Support ticket and choose the Upgrades department. Please include your cleverbridge reference and/or ZBrush 3.12/ZBrush 3.5 serial number. We will resend your upgrade link at that time. If your company has volume licenses, only one upgrade link will be sent out, going to the address on record for that account. Whomever is responsible for that email address and the licenses will be able to redeem the upgrade link before distributing the new serial number and download to the team. Do not submit an upgrade inquiry prior to August 16! Any inquiries submitted before Cleverbridge has sent all upgrade emails will be closed without a response.

Well, drat…has anyone experienced being told that the email used did not match the one used at time of purchase? I have only ever used one, I even copied it from the email and from my account info to make sure I wasn’t spelling my own email wrong and no go.
Anyone else getting an error that says the email address you are trying to activate with does not match the one you used to purchase the software?
Bogus cause I am using same address. Anyone get by this by retrying later/over and over again?

When doing a Web Activation you may receive an error telling you that the email address does not match. The steps to troubleshoot this are as follows:
- Start Web Activation again. When filling in the form, make doubly certain that the email address and serial number are both entered correctly. An incorrect serial number will also give this error.
- If the information was entered correctly and you still get the error, try again a few times. Please wait five minutes between each attempt.
- If after more than 5 unsuccessful attempts you are still getting this error, the possibility of a server error will have been ruled out. At that point, please submit a Support ticket and include both your serial number and email address. We’ll check the activation server to ensure that it received your account update from Cleverbridge and fix the issue.
Probably Cleverage Servers not talking to Pixo Servers and sending customer info. on.
I had the same problems as a lot of you with activation. I had to retry about 8 times and finally got the activation code e-mailed to me. Don’t give up. Sooner or later you’ll get lucky like I did.
8 times? I’ve tried about 25 times so far.
I counted- It actually took me 38 tries.
But now I have Zbrush!
I wonder, does it matter whether or not your typing in ALL CAPS?
