Well, they showed up to change the front page at least, but darnā¦ Here I was ready for an all nighter, got my popcorn ready, even called my grandma about it! 
Umm soo 12:00am on the 15ā¦ they will have it up which in reality it will be 12:01 am and be the 16 of May before anyone gets a download email, why didnāt they just say the 16th of May. Talk about a play on wordsā¦ :rolleyes:

Unless the timing of the webpage and the release of the email downloads donāt correlate at all. In which case we could only hope they start going out asap!! 
I also remember that Z2 was the day after in my part of the world.
The original next step announcement was at five to midnight and the bottom of pixologic.com says theyāll be āback at midnightā. Refresh wonāt help you now. 
I do think that Pix will make fine art of the role of shepherding their hungry sheep.

I used my info from my original 2002 ZB 1.23 purchase to fill in the form. I hope that was the correct choice. I remember having to wait a long time for the ZB2 upgrade while everyone already had it, I hope that doesnāt happen this timeā¦

Oh man I wish I was a sleeping beauty or even sleeping uglyuty and a mail ring kiss should wake me up telling me āyour Zbrush 3 version has been succesfully downloaded and runningā.

The guys at pixologic are tired and need to sleep. One extra day one be a problem for me. Its for free and if I get it any time this week id be happy.
Its going to be a automated precess for the fact that its said that some will be handled manualy for people that have odered more recently.
It realy could be any time. Im very excited and after all the years waiting im sure its will be solid and well worth the wait.

I wouldnāt expect it before Midnight on the 15th, PacificTime GMT-8, which happens to be 3AM here on the East Coast.
Iām hoping however, that the Pixologic team doesnāt want to be up all night long and that they start the release off sometime after normal buisiness hours open, which would give them the entire work day to get the ZB3 phenomina up and running.
Anyways, the suspense is killing me and I am litteraly loosing sleep over this as I continue to wake up every few hours to check email and the forumsā¦
It sounds as though they will launch ZB3 today and have a new website up thatāll go live at Midnight tonight.

Iām a Mac user, and there does not seem to be a pre-registration option for a straight upgrade. Added to that, canāt seem to find a serial for ZBrush 2 - I assume that the old 1.55 serial will do as it was upgraded online.
May be bad news that there is no option for a straight upgrade; perhaps the delay is going to be even longer than expected?

@ Codexus, I used the same info from my 1.23b purchase except I used my coupon code from my Z2 registration. I have no idea if it will work or not! I did receive my confirmation email though.
Is there anyway I can still buy it a Zbrush 2ās price? Iāve got a feeling that they are gonna whack the price up. It would be a good idea to still have the store open to get in a few more customers before the upgrade.

I wouldnāt complain too much about any issues or delays in getting thisā¦afterallā¦itās free.

and from the quickly forming mob it just mightā¦
try to remember all the hard work being done on the Pixologic end.
This is a monster of a chore, getting out a free fullsized download to the masses, and somehow helping to register it and answer to untold number of questions thatāll be shortly following.

The pre-registration system is for PC users and for Mac users who are capable of running a PC version under Parallels or Boot Camp. ZBrush 3 for the Mac is not being released yet. The release date for that version is still to be announced, but there will be a new pre-registration system just for Mac users when the time comes.
(This is the only question that I can answer at the moment. So for the rest of youā¦ donāt ask. ;))
