No offence but if anyone can give valuable info in ZB matter its Pixologic team and ONLY Pixologic team. All the rest is pure speculation with no value whatsoever.
Love ZBrush, and I’m waiting patiently for them to work out all them kinks but I have to say an official announcement on the delay would be more courteous.
I think we can all understand that quality programming or anything else for that matter takes time.

Yay, wow! Finnaly. 
All I really like to see is a STABLE version (saving files is becoming laborious->subtool master-> low res all(to avoid exploding meshes) save.
res up blabla… this every 2 minutes :evil: .
It’s a real work flow stopper and if you ever get into the zone(like some people call it) and everything and everyone around you has disappeared - the save button too - …and you are working like half an hour straight…and then . . . . hellooooo desktop . . . o boy so depressing.
No new features needed…give me a stable release or give me death :lol:

I can no longer wait for Pixologic to pick up the slack with Zbrush. I’ll be selling my ZBrush 3.1 license on ebay, check it in a day or two for the listing.
Sad to hear this, but people do inclined to get upset when promised deadlines don’t get met, specially if a silence is maintained…

Yeah. It’s too bad zbrush is seemingly in a state of stagnation, unfortunately. But I’ve got needs and I have another program that meets those needs.
What’s funny is, pixologic has a new support site, which in itself is great. But if you go looking for information on selling your license it takes you through loops… Oi…
Anyway, awaiting a response from them on selling a license.
The teasers Modo are giving out on a regular basis keep me quiet, but excite the hell out of me, next one is the 20th of April, can’t wait, gets my creative juices flowing…
Come on give us a tease… ZB will always rule…

Yeah I’m currently jumping at every opportunity to learn more about modo 302. Spare time to thoroughly learn new software is running thin. However, I have full intentions of making ZBrush 3.5 and modo 401 the cornerstones of my workflow. Sprinkle in a little Photoshop and Painter and it should be good times. Especially if they all play nice.

I swear by Modo. I do all my recent rendering in Modo, supurb render engine. I did the Shoei X Eleven helmet you may have seen in 3DWorld not long ago.
401 has some major additions that I think would be great for any Zbrush user, like Hair. Another application im looking at very closly is Messiah 4, looks very promising.
Zbrush 3.5, it will come, and it will be good.

The Silent Treatment - A Form of Abuse
left I believe the silent treatment (feigned apathy; cold-shoulder; silence; distance, and ignoring you) is the worst form of emotional abuse. It is a punishment used by abusers to make you feel unimportant, not valued, not cared about and completely absent from the abuser’s thoughts. It is used as a form of non-physical punishment and control because the abuser mistakenly thinks that if they don’t physically harm you then they are not abusers. The truth is, they are far worse at doling out abuse than the physical abuser.

I dont get Pixologic at all - what they are thinking, that people suddenly will drop Zbrush because they have some problems? People would understand but this behavior already made few to switch and honestly - I hope mudbox will grow fast so Zbrush will have real alternative. Predictible alternative.
All that silence - this is so wrong… Like saying “we do not give a rat s*** about our customers”. It is going to get back to you Pixologic… Sooner or later.
Nice work TEZ, Modo is coming to the party, lets hope ZB follows suite… we just want to create, so give us the tools…
OK guys stop complaining, as you can see above Pixologic have made a official commitment and its free to all registered users, that says a lot to us loyal users… but I am still curious as to what we’re going to get, this is like Christmas morning with all the wrapped presents under the tree… just can’t wait to open mine… I probably will never grow up…
