Zbrush 3.5 to 3d Max 2010

Hello (newcomer),

I did read and research the subject but i have some more questions to validate my assumption(s).

1- Usually from what i read, you had to create a low poly from MaX and then export to Zbrush to do the rest of the magic. Then Export it back to Max and do what it is that i want to do…
( i know that i skipped a lot of information )

Question: Can i skip the Max to Zbrush and then to Max process. Can i Zbrush model to Max? Or i have to do the Max to Zbrush to Max process…

Are there any known tutorials that go from Z-M, instead of the whole process (M-Z-M)? Or is it all the same just skip the first part?
