Zbrush 3.5 -> Maya displacement problem

Hello,
I’ve got this problem: I have a zbrush 3.5 model (first picture) that renders a little bit awkward in maya (second picture). Why is this happening? I use mental ray’s approximation editor with parametric setting set to 5. Why my displacement map looks so different? Any advice?

Hey all the good people of the world - I really need help with this one. PLEASE!!!

check the Alpha Gain and Offset of your Displacement map. Otherwise, export the .ma file instead of the obj and it creates the shader with maps automatically
