Don’t worry. I’ve been a a ZB user since V1 and I haven’t seem my upgrade email either. I expect they will be batching through tomorrow (Friday) evening. (Last time, it was about 24 hours after the first emails started arriving that I saw mine and I think I was near the end of the train–not that it necessarily means anything this time.

Well I ordered mine right after it came out, we’ll see how long it takes for me to get it.
I am still having trouble launching the installer, the support on Pixologic doesn’t help with my issue. Anyone have any ideas? The error again is:
“The application failed to start because it’s side-by-side configuration is incorrect.”

Just got mine, downloaded very fast, activated fine, and I’m very impressed at how speedy it is.
When I watched the demo videos, I was thinking it might be time for a system upgrade, but the speed is there even on a system a year or so old. so I’m a very happy camper!
Downside to zspheres 2? I almost never used zspheres at all before, so I need to learn them from the ground up… and you find yourself just playing with them for a LONG time, because its just fun…LOL!
Sombody knows if the pluggins used in 3.1 could be used in ZB3.5? I already installed some of them, but with others as smooth group Zbrush doesnt start. so maybe somebody knows if those pluggins will be updated too?.. Alphtexture loader give an eror message when trying to open it… poser scaler work for me, image plane too so maybe someone have an idea about it. Thxs

The problem appears to be with the C++ redistributable package. Uninstall that and then reinstall it. reboot. Then try upgrading ZBrush.

Genius thank you all, running the exe in the troubleshooting worked wonders! I am in!
I hope we get e-mail by end of day tomorrow so we don’t have to sit through the weekend till monday.

Got my email a few minutes ago. Downloaded and installed.
Will open it up proper tomorrow and try it all out!

If that’s the case maybe someone will be nice and up it to a torrent so ya don’t gotta wait… cause yeah that would suck lots.
… just change your browser! Had the same here with Chrome - those videos would not show. Using Firefox solved the “problem” - enjoy!
