Zbrush 3.2 subtool merge help

Hi,

I have Zbrush 3.2 for my Mac and I am having a problem trying to merge
2 subtools, as it simply will not let me do it. The plug in for it does not have
that option and it seems I can so it in the sub tool menu, but nothing happens
when I try that. I used the 30day trial on a PC and had the Subtools plugin
and had no issues. Please help!

Are both SubTools polymeshes? Or is one (or both) something else such as ZSpheres or a primitive?

Have you at the top of the Tool Palette to see if a new tool was created for your merged objects.
