***** ZBrush 2 Practical Guide *****

Mr. Non-Uniform Rotational B-Splines :D, I HAVE read most of it by now, and it IS very clearly laid out… and yes, the interfaces is scary at first, but we’ll get the hang of it

After a friend told me about zbrush about a week ago I have been caught in a rethink of the whole 3d process. I must say after this free manual, the accessible pricing of zbrush and its amazing ability to function on all sorts of computer set ups, (even on a 1999 G4 mac!)I am left stund. For the first time I am actually learning the program before I jump into it. The other 3d packages are so immense that one got easily caught up in all the detail. Which of course mean’t buying more supplementary learning material and investing huge amounts of time trying to understand the programs specific language. Buying massive graphic cards massive processors etc.

Sorry if this sounds like an advert but zbrush seems to be a whole different approach to 3d and the sales of 3d programs. It suits the individual artist aswell as the company of artists. Is this a real evolutionary step for the individual artist who was left behind from the visuals war of late?

Now to buy paper.

Thank you for the manual.

is there any kind of password ???

you can not view thru that program. It is a zip file and must use something like winzip.

Hope that help explain.

yea, when you try to open a pdf file it will ask you for the password because you trying to open it in edit mode. download adobe acrobat, its free, and it will open the pdf file without asking for password because it its read only mode.
