Flashget is the problem. Weāve stressed several times in this thread that third party download assistance programs wonāt work. You MUST use your browser itself to download the Guide.
Maybe you should state that in the first post where the link is. Perhaps right underneath?

I just have to say that it seems to me that an index at the end of the practical guide might have been something to think about, like most of the rest of the educational books created in the free world. Nice.
