Upgrade Instructions:
For customers registered in the Digital River system (who purchased, upgraded or downloaded a replacement copy through the Pixologic website since November 2001):
- Visit the Upgrade Page
- Use any of the methods provided to access your customer history. If you know you are in the Digital River system, but cannot access your account, then you’ll need to contact Digital River at 1-800-656-5426 (in US) or +1-952-253-8400.
- Download ZBrush 1.5
For customers not registered in the Digital River system (who purchased from a third-party reseller, or purchased a version prior to 1.23b and never upgraded), you will require special instructions to receive your upgrade. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] with the following information:
- The name that was used when purchasing ZBrush
- The e-mail address that was used
- The source of your purchase.
Once we have been able to verify your information in our database, we will send you upgrade instructions. Please be aware that due to the incredible demand for version 1.5, it may take several hours for us to be able to respond. The requests will be processed in the order in which they are received.
Note: customers who originally purchased a CD version will receive the upgrade via download.
Important: It will not be necessary to request a permanent serial number at this time. Although the serial number accompanying your upgrade is time-limited, we will issue a software update prior to its expiration, after which you’ll be given a permanent serial number.
