ZB4-R2:: UV or Normal Map Issue At C4D From Zbrush

Hi, sorry my english first

Im having issues with normal maps or UV, i created a figure at Zbrush4, but when loading the normal maps at C4D R13 and render, the figure shows many issues, the skin shows multiple parts where the normals have little squares without the texture sculpt done at ZB, what can i do? im ussing the same process as always at ZB wich is very simple to create the normals, C4D doesnt have many options too at the Normals menu, my normal maps are 2048x2048, my creature is about 40,000 polygons; i also tried using the GOZ function but the same bad results.
