(ZB4 R2) Mysterious disappearance of 2 items from the Zplugin Menu

Good Evening

The following items just vanished from the Zplugin Menu:
-Brush Increment Slider
-Web Deactivation

The Web Deactivation button was there when I first installed ZBrush but I’m not sure if the Slider was (has it perhaps been moved?).
I have customized the user interface since installing but have not edited this menu in any way (at least not intentionally).

The missing Web Deactivation button is a minor annoyance but I do need the Brush Increment slider as I use it quite often. Please help.

My apologies Aurick.
Operating System = Windows Vista x64 Service Pack 2 (But I first noticed this problem in Windows 7 x64 and recently logged support tickets for assistance with deactivation and reactivation - can supply Ticket ID numbers)
Hardware = i7 930 @ 2.80 GHz, 12 GB of RAM (Let me know if you need to see more hardware specs)
