ZB3 Displacement to Mental Ray for 3Ds Max

Hi everybody,

I did a model in ZB3 and the displacement without the Exporter Plugin (I tried with it but I think it doesn’t work in ZB3), but the rendering in Mental Ray doesn’t show all details.

I have read that you have to use the Alpha Gain Factor but I don’t know where to insert it in Max.

I have read a lot of posts in this forum but I didn’t find anything related to this specific problem. I need to finish the job asap.

Can anybody explain to me how to finish this rendering?
Is there some useful tutorial that explains how Mental Ray displacements in Max work (without Displacement export tool).

Please I also need to know where the alpha gain setting is in max. I can’t find “alpha gain” in the max help file.

Analogous to Alpha Gain parameter, like in Maya, is a parameter RGB Level in Output rollout insode 3DS Max
