ZB 4r5 - Curve Detection - says I need the full version of Qremesher?

Hi all, dumb question here, in r5 there is now an option in QRemesher called Detect Curves. When you click it, it says

“Sorry, this Function requires the Full Version of the QRemesher plugin. Learn more about the QRemesher plugin at www.zbrush.com”

Any idea what this is about?

My guess is that it is a feature that isn’t fully developed and isn’t functioning yet.

Qremesher feature seems to work in the http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lesson/topology/

My Zbrush 4r5 gives me the same alert message “this Function requires the Full Version of the QRemesher plugin” when I click on the DetectCurves button of the QRemesher sub pallete.

Now I have the previous version of Zbrush 4r4 still activated and upon testing its QRemesher feature I am delighted to say it works.

So, what am I missing in my Zbrush 4r5 installation?

I have the same problem! Has this issue been resolved yet?

Would be nice if a plugin update was released to address this issue. I updated Zbrush just to use this feature (from r3) to find some features don’t work!!!

A non-work around to fix the DetectCurves button !
Goto Preferances / (click on) Enable Customize .
Expand the Tool / Geometry / QRemesher panel .
Hold Control and Alt keys.
Click on and pray you could drag DetectCurves button off panel .
Go to Preferances click on Store Config.
Now you would not be tempted to click on a non-functional and now wishfully non-existant button! :lol:

What is with this “sorry this function requires the full version of the qremesher plugin” deal? This has to be fixed soon! It’s such a painful tease!
