ZB 4.0 Following the status of a closed 3.5R3 ticket?

Just downloaded the newly released 4.0. First thing I did of course, is check if the scaling inaccuracy I discovered that crept in at 3.5 was still in 4.0. Unfortunately, it is:

I had filed a ticket, which was apparently passed on to “the team” and closed. Is there likely to be any followup? I work in software and my experience is a closed ticket is considered to be done-- handled, and that’s it. However, once it’s passed on to “the team,” then what happens? Is there any way to follow the status any further? Or did I just get swept under the rug?

I believe pixologic is currently focusing on installation and activation issues at the moment and likely wont look into problems like these until after all the upgrade emails are sent out. I would try creating another ticket sometime next week, though i’m sure they are likely already aware of this issue from previous versions.

This is something I definitely hope is looked at and fixed. There was a plugin for zbrush 3.5 that sped up the process of correcting the scale issue, if we cant get an official fix anytime soon I hope we can get an update to that plugin for zbrush 4.
