I can’t get the program (3.5 R2) to open up, it used to work but not any more. Should I get release 3.5 R3 or is it something else?
There is nothing we can do for R2, since it hasn’t been supported in nine months.
Please submit a Support ticket so that you can be provided with a download link for R3.
