ZB 3.5r2 to Maya 2008 Displacment maps

I have a Problem and a Hope.
Problem: I have read most of the Tutorials on Displacement maps from ZB to Maya, I can’t make the jump from older versions to newer 3.5 I am student that has been using Maya 3 years now and i decided to use ZB for my modeling it great nice workflow just very impresive, but me & a few class mates cant figure out how to get our Displacment maps working in Maya iether they crash maya alltogather or they render out looking like a explosion.

From my Understanding I take my moddle that I did all this work on lower it to the ideal geometry that I want in Maya make UV layout in Maya. Now i dont know how to export this new UV map back into ZB and I have no idea how to generate a Displacment map once i have done that, atleast the proper way to have it work in Maya. I also dont know how to generate Texture map iether but right now im truly concerned with a Displacment map that works in Maya.

My Hope: That some here is in love Maya & could help me out how to Make a Displacment map from ZB 3.5r2 to Maya. Please have Patiance with me this is a learning process for me. Yes I could defently use a Step by Step in how its done but what ever you could do to help me out here would be most welcomed.

Thank you for helping.

Texture are easy once you have UVs on your model in zbrush and some colours painted on it etc. Just go to TEXTURE menu under the TOOL palette and choose COL>TXR (colour to texture) then go to the texture menu at the top of zbrush and flip it vertically it will now look strange in zbrush but will work fine in Maya and click export and save.

Hope that helps.
