I got a problem with Zbrush 2020 when I use the ZappLink Projection. The projected image looks like it’s pixelate above all where there is a change of color. Reinstalling didn’t fix the problem. I have tried projecting a sample image in Zbrush 2020 and 2019 on the same object and this is the result. Any idea how can I fix it? Thank you!

I would make a support ticket for this issue. If it’s a new feature, Im unfamiliar with it and can offer no advice. If it’s a bug, it will need to reported to Support in order to be fixed.
I get the same result. Added strange pixels when going back to ZBrush. Looks like a bug to me. You should submit a support ticket as Spyndel suggested.

I am getting the same results. Simply using Projection Master to polypaint will result in some artifacts once the Tool is picked up from the document.
Projection Master / Zapplink to a Texture Map will produce the desired clean result, however.
