I haven’t had this problem with Zapplink before, but on this model when I enable polygon coloring via Zapplin it autocolors the mesh to this dark blue color and I have no idea why.

its looks to me from your screen shot that your main color is set to that dark blue.
Does it do it if you turn on colorize? Or is it only when Zapplink turns it on for you?
